No Returns Policy All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our first-generation releases, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items While we take pride in our protection, things happen. If your item arrives with significant damage that impacts its functionality, please reach out to us.

  • How to get help: Email us at contact@thefigtin.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • What to include: Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  • Our Process: We handle damage claims on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation and our current inventory, we may offer a replacement or a partial solution to make it right.

Note on Cosmetic Condition: As mentioned in our Gen 1 disclaimer, minor surface micro-scratches on the metal casing are a normal part of this initial production run and are not considered grounds for a damage claim.
