Shipping Policy

Processing Times

We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and packed within 2-4 business days. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new product drops or holiday seasons.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 states. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

Estimated Delivery

While we can’t control the speed of the carrier once the package leaves our hands, most domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after the processing period.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at contact@thefigtin.com immediately, and we will try to update it before the label is printed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

TheFigTin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely to ensure a safe delivery.
